About David Chen

When growing up in the Westside of Vancouver, I quickly came to appreciate just how beautiful Vancouver is and how the people are a reflection of the peace and diversity we enjoy here. I’ve seen this applies to Real Estate as well; here we have a wonderful portfolio of properties that range in style, and over time, have been influenced by our society’s multicultural history.

I found my passion for real estate after studying in the U.S. for 2 years and bought my first investment property aged 20. I decided to pursue a career in the industry where I could make wonderful relationships and contribute tangibly to life-changing choices my clients’ journeys.

This is one of my favourite things about real estate – relationships. It truly is an honour to represent my clients as they place their trust in me, and I don’t take this lightly. Must provide a valid email address. The Registrant may be permitted to access the VOW only after the Participant has verified that the email address provided is valid the Registrants agreement to the VOWs Terms of Use is confirmed; 10.
